Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Kutis London Clinic website and any treatments booked with us at 260 Pentonville Rd, London N1 9JY. By booking a consultation or treatment, you agree to the terms set out below.
Consultations
All treatments require a consultation with Juanito Jr Tan before booking, to confirm suitability, discuss your medical history, and agree an appropriate treatment plan. We reserve the right to decline treatment where it is not considered clinically appropriate.
Bookings and Deposits
A deposit may be required to secure certain appointments. Deposit amounts and policies will be confirmed at the time of booking. Full payment is due on the day of treatment unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the loss of any deposit paid, or a cancellation fee, at the clinic's discretion.
Treatment Risks and Results
Aesthetic treatments carry inherent risks, and results vary between individuals. All risks, expected outcomes, and aftercare requirements will be discussed during your consultation. No specific result can be guaranteed, and you will be asked to provide informed consent before any treatment begins.
Age Restrictions
Treatments offered by Kutis London Clinic are intended for adults. Clients must be 18 years of age or older, except where a treatment is specifically indicated for a younger patient under appropriate medical supervision.
Pricing
Prices listed on this website are correct at the time of publishing but may change without notice. The price confirmed at your consultation or booking will apply to your treatment.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with any aspect of your care, please contact us directly so we can address your concerns. We take all feedback seriously and aim to resolve issues promptly and fairly.
Limitation of Liability
While we take every reasonable care in providing our services, Kutis London Clinic's liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
